I’ve been working with Bel Red Energy for over 5 years and have been very happy. Recently we purchased a $23,500 job. We were super happy with the estimate and financing process. After calling Bel Red, they sent technician Sam Kirkland the very next day, and he was early (Bel Red office gives you a time range, rather than an exact arrival time, which is understandable). Not only he did he do an outstanding tune-up, he checked for carbon monoxide at each vent, went over filter maintenance with me, and explained some extra options (vent cleaning, surge protection) without making a hard sell. Bel Red is well-organized and responsive.

Called Red Bell for issue with old furnace. Mike McDonnell the technician arrived on time and he inspect everything as the way itshould. He take some extra time to look inside heater chamber and he found some holes in the chamber. Now I’m sure I need a new furnace.
