| I could not scan the card that Jose S and Larry B left for a review. Everyone from Joe, the salesman to the installers did a very nice job for me. Jose worked very hard to get the unit where I wanted it to instead of where it would have been easier for them. I am hopeful that my heat pump issues will be less with this new Trane unit. All of your service people were professional and proficient.
