| We had a fantastic experience with Bel-Red and specifically their technician Richard when it came to replacing our water heater last week. The scheduling staff were friendly and helpful, calling within 30 minutes of his arrival, and being easy to contact with questions. Richard was super friendly and professional and right from the start we could tell he knew his stuff!! He was efficient and tidy with his work and we felt super comfortable with him here. We definitely recommend Bel-red and will use them in the future!
