Jeff came out to look at my water heater. He was professional and polite; arrived within the window that the home office said. Got things taken care of efficiently and showed me the basics of using the new heater. I asked him about the possibility of a tankless heater and he gave me honest feedback (which was that a tankless heater probably wasn’t an option since I live in a townhouse and would need permission from the HOA).
