BelRed is a five star company in my book, and I was impressed with their first visit, 2 years ago, when I needed immediate assistance. They were the only company that could come out the quickest and resolve the issue. I decided to sign up for their maintenance contract, that is affordable, and has definitely saved me money. All of the technicians are friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and never try to do a hard sell on their products and services. When doing scheduled maintenance on the furnace, air conditioner, water heater and plumbing, they give their assessment on the current condition of the appliance, and give a write up on things that need attention, and put them in order of importance. They let me decide if or when I want to address and fix potential problems that will prolong the life of my appliances, and not get stuck with a breakdown that could have been avoided. I want to give a BIG shout out to James Penney that came out to do my 2019 yearly furnace maintenance. I was called by BelRed to let me know he was on his way, and also received a text with a picture of James, so I was familiar with who was going to appear at my door. How awesome is that!! He thoroughly cleaned my furnace, and took the time to show me the furnace components and how it all works. He pointed out some issues that need attention, and could be problematic in the near future, and for me to give it thought. He explained why the issues add extra wear to the furnace and replacing the wearing components will avoid a furnace breakdown. He showed me each part, and I could clearly see that I needed to replace them. I chose to fix 2 of the problems, and James went to the warehouse and came back with the components he needed. He also went over my thermostat, and suggested settings that would improve my air quality. I live in a manufactured home, so air quality is not optimal, and more problematic. Since moving into my home 3 years ago, I expressed to James that I have acquired very unpleasant upper respiratory issues, so he suggested the Air Scrubber, that could help improve the air quality in my home. He told me of the benefits that he has had with the Air Scrubber, and thoroughly explained how it works, and gave me the information I need to decide if I want to invest in having it installed. James was so personable, and I could see that he takes pride in his job and customer service. I felt so well informed after his visit, and feel I can move forward with his suggestions to prolong the life of my furnace, and to improve the air quality in my home. I will be requesting James as my technician for further problems and scheduled maintenance.

Called to get pilot light on hot water tank repaired and, as usual, BelRed came out the same day and fixed the issue the same day as well. Continue to be super happy with them and, while I don’t look forward to having to call them again, won’t call anyone else when I do.
