| I contacted Bel-Red to do preventative maintenance on my furnace and whole house duct cleaning. Sam was the technician that wasassigned to the job and he was on-time, courteous, an thorough. The work was completed in the amount of time that was quoted to me on the phone and Sam showed me problem spots in my furnace and explained why the repair was needed before proceeding. Sam also kept me posted about his progress throughout the day. I had a really positive experience and I would call Bel-Red again for my HVAC needs.
