The company I had used for years where not able to give me an appointment for three weeks unless I paid an emergency fee when my air conditioner broke during a week of 80 + degree temperatures. BelRed came the next day to repair the system. We then decided to replace the system as they offered a good deal and it could be done in a day or two. The communication with the head office was great. The two men Ray B. and Larry B. who installed the new unit were efficient, polite and clean. They actually left my garage cleaner than they found it.
