I had my furnace fail on a Wednesday morning during a cold snap. They were able to get someone out there the same to to look at a repair. The technician (Ben) walked me through my options and explained that since it was 25 year old furnace and the repairs were 90% of the cost of a new one, I shouldn’t waste money/time with the repairs. The next morning I had Fernando and Dustin come out to install a new unit in my attic. Due to the small space they had a heck of a time getting it out. To make sure they could get my heat back up and running recommended we switch to a slightly smaller unit. They didn’t think they could get a new unit in place without damaging it or having to cut possible support beams. They took some extra time to make sure the smaller unit could heat our house by double-checking square footage and insulation. They then worked with their team to get a new furnace on site and by Thursday evening I had my heat working again!! I used BelRed because my dad used them and highly recommended them, I can say I will do the same. Everyone was professional, took the time to explain what they were doing and kept me informed as things progressed.
