Bel Red installed a couple of heat pumps for us in June). One of the pumps wasn’t kicking on when the temperature dropped below freezing, so I called the main office. Cody came out the same day- SAME MORNING and did some diagnostics. We’ll give it a day or two to determine if it’s all resolved, but the fact that they were able to come take a look so quickly and stand by their work (no charge for diagnostics), was SO greatly appreciated. Shoe covers, respectful of time and walked me through the new thermostat… Cody and BelRed get a thumbs up from me!

Jose and his crew Ray B and Cody M showed up on time to replace a broken furnace. The work was done efficiently with little disturbance and noise. My questions were answered politely and thoroughly. The cleanup left the space and my garage, used to stage the equipment, cleaner than when they came. My impression based on close observation is that this was a first class job. Well done.
