Recently Nick E. and Kyle H came over our house to install the new furnace including heat-pump. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. During the installation process, they also found the problem from previous my GC on ducting insulation issues, they came back following Monday to fix the problem. I was very impressed with their extra effort to fix the ducting problem. Nick and Kyle, thank you very much for your help, Greg(their boss), thank you for your support and Desiree, you are awesome!!! I coudn’t believe you recognize my voice— Again, BelRed team, you guys are great!!!
