The installation crew were top notch. Cody and his team came on time, worked ceaselessly and completed the job that afternoon, clearing the mess away. We hit a bump in the road with the final installation, which started the system the next day when a mistake led to an error code. I have to commend Bel Red Energy on their responsiveness. Not only that, because the installation could not be completed in a day (for which we paid), Bel Red Energy provided us with a generous refund as a gesture of good faith. Plus… are you sitting for this?…They sent us flowers because we had a medical emergency arise that same week. I didn’t think that businesses acted this way anymore. I am very impressed and highly recommend the quality of the products Bel Red Energy Solutions offer, the skill of the installers (who are always able to consult with Russ, who has over 40 years experience), and most of all the dedication to old-fashioned, exceptional customer care when something goes wrong despite all good intentions.
