“Imagine discovering, as you prepare Saturday dinner, that the main water shutoff for your house has sprung a leak, there’s water everywhere and the shutoff valve itself doesn’t work! I frankly didn’t think we had a chance of getting service before Monday morning, and was resigned to having to deploy the wet/dry shop vac for the duration but within 1.5 hours our BelRed plumber was knocking on our door, briskly setting about replacing the whole valve and putting in a call to a mitigation firm to handle the damage to flooring, insulation and walls.
