Congratulations to our Installation of the Week winner, Jose Salmeron. Jose installed a standard efficiency York gas furnace at the McGinnis residence in Redmond.

While the primary concern for with the selection of this furnace was keeping costs down, Jose still did an excellent job with the installation in a very tight space. The furnace was raised off the floor and placed on a new basecan to improve airflow. The supply plenum was revised, connections sealed, and a new filter rack with easy access door was installed. These important details that Jose made sure to do will make the new furnace easier to maintain and more reliable, they will also make the home more comfortable too!
