He called and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. Matt introduced himself, put on his protective shoe covers, and then was very polite. “On June 13th, 2011, Bel Red Energy Solutions installed a new YORK furnace in our home.  When we inquired about a new furnace, Greg Luehr came out and discussed the various options available to us and when we made a selection, Gregg explained in detail the benefits of our new furnace.  Within two days, a technician came to install the furnace and did so in an efficient and courteous manner. He asked to check our thermostat (which a friend had installed) and said it was incorrectly done and redid it. He was very careful about putting covers on over his shoes each time he came into the house. The site of the work was cleaned up completely before he left our home.

 

Several days after the furnace installation, the inspector for the City of Redmond came to inspect the installation. When he had finished, he told us that BelRed had excellent workmanship and he rarely ever found even a small correction needed to be done.  We were very pleased to have our impression of BelRed confirmed by a City inspector.

 

A final inspection by a BelRed technician was a week later, which completed a job well done.
